No. Cid Hosting manages the underlying hosting environment for managed hosting plans. You'll still be responsible for your website content, applications, plugins, passwords and website-specific configuration.
Hosting accounts are usually prepared within 4–8 hours after payment confirmation. Once setup is complete, we'll send the information needed to access and start using the account.
Support is available through email and our ticket system. We aim to attend to support requests within eight hours. Actual resolution time depends on the type and complexity of the issue.
We can assist with transfers when the required hosting or control-panel access is available. Before starting, we'll review the existing setup to determine what can be transferred and whether additional steps are required.
