It is a practical starting point for business websites, company email and smaller web applications that do not need their own virtual server.
Cid Hosting manages the hosting platform and underlying server environment. You retain control of your website content, application code, CMS plugins and themes, passwords, users, design, SEO and website-specific configuration through cPanel.
Hosting accounts are usually prepared within 4–8 hours after payment confirmation. Once setup is complete, we will send the information needed to access and start using the account.
Support is available through email and our ticket system. We aim to attend to support requests within eight hours. Actual resolution time depends on the type and complexity of the issue.
We can assist with transfers when the required hosting or control-panel access is available. Before starting, we will review the existing setup to determine what can be transferred and whether additional steps are required. Some websites need extra work because of application versions, custom configuration, email or previous-provider limits.
No. RAID can help a server continue operating after certain drive failures, but it is not the same as a separate backup. For important business websites and data, maintain an independent backup strategy. See our business continuity page for more detail.
Yes. Company clients receive a VAT invoice or official receipt for their hosting, which they can file for procurement. The prices shown already include 12% VAT.
